Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement and comments, and collaborate with the creative team to align visuals and messaging with brand goals.

Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, supporting social media campaigns, staying updated on trends,



and suggesting new content ideas to increase reach and engagement. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure consistent brand voice and timely execution of social media initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills.
- Candidates should possess foundational Digital Marketing knowledge and the ability to apply it to social platforms.
- Candidates should be proficient in using major social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic content planning software.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
- Relevant experience in social media coordination or digital marketing and a degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
