We’re hiring | Social Media & Content Lead

At Zilmaa, we’re building more than a brand—we’re building a strong digital presence around the people, ideas and stories behind it.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who will work closely with our co-founder Preeti and take ownership of her social media presence, while also contributing to Zilmaa’s broader content ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, creative ownership role.

You’ll be responsible for

- Developing the content strategy and content calendar
- Ideating and scripting Reels, posts, Stories and recurring content formats
- Turning everyday observations, conversations, opinions, culture, family, relationships and experiences into engaging content
- Keeping up with trends, formats, conversations and what is actually working on Instagram
- Managing the complete content workflow—from idea → shoot → edit → publish → analyse
- Managing Instagram and community engagement
- Tracking analytics, identifying patterns and continuously improving content performance
- Supporting brand collaborations and ensuring sponsored content feels authentic and personality-led
- Helping build a consistent and recognisable digital identity for Preeti
- Finding opportunities to organically connect Preeti’s personal brand with Zilmaa where relevant

Who are we looking for?





Someone who understands the internet, not just social media.

You should have a strong instinct for:

What makes people stop scrolling

What makes people share something with a friend

What makes a person relatable

When to follow a trend—and when to ignore it

- How to turn a simple thought into a solid piece of content

Experience managing a creator, founder, personal brand or public-facing individual will be a big advantage.

You should be creative, proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership. We’re not looking for someone who needs a brief for every post—we’re looking for someone who can come back and say:

“I saw this. I think we should make THIS.”
