Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Coordinator role based in Kochi.

The Social Media

Coordinator will manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Telegram, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. Daily responsibilities include planning and creating social media content, writing engaging posts, coordinating with the marketing and design teams,



and scheduling campaigns to promote digital signage solutions and related services. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and adapting content strategies based on analytics and industry trends.

The coordinator will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, including promoting articles, case studies, and advertising solutions relevant to outdoor and OOH marketing.

Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging Social Media Content Creation and Writing tailored to diverse platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and for audience engagement.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance and refine social media strategies.
- Experience with branding, advertising, or media industries is an advantage, especially in OOH or digital signage.
- Comfort working on-site in Kochi and coordinating with local and regional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, meet deadlines, and maintain a detail-oriented, organized workflow.
