? We’re Hiring | Social Media & Content Intern LA People is looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Social Media & Content Intern to join our team.

We’re a B2B fashion product development & manufacturing company, helping fashion founders take their ideas from design → tech pack → fabric → sampling → production.

We’re now looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day Instagram content and help us show people what actually happens behind the scenes at LA People.

What you’ll be doing

? Content Planning & Instagram

- Plan our weekly/monthly Instagram content
- Create and publish Reels, carousels, static posts and Stories
- Research trends, competitors and relevant content opportunities
- Develop fresh content ideas rather than waiting for instructions

? BTS Content Creation

- Visit our Delhi sampling unit 2 times a week
- Identify interesting things happening around the unit and turn them into content
- Shoot BTS of sampling, stitching, fabrics, designers, tech packs, QC, production, etc.
- Edit the footage into engaging Reels and short-form content





? Performance Marketing Support

- Work closely with our Performance Marketer
- Create different creative formats, hooks and variations for Meta Ads
- Adapt creatives based on what is performing

What we're looking for

Someone who is creative, curious and proactive.

You should

- Understand Instagram and short-form content
- Be comfortable shooting videos on a phone
- Know Canva + CapCut/VN or similar tools
- Have a good eye for visuals and storytelling
- Be comfortable working independently
- Be willing to experiment and learn

? Role Details

Position: Social Media & Content Intern

Location: Delhi | Hybrid

Working: Full time

Unit visits: 1–2 days/week

Stipend: ₹8,000/month

Joining: Immediate

Duration: 2 Months

This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the founder, performance marketer, designers and manufacturing team and get real exposure to B2B marketing, fashion, manufacturing, content creation and performance marketing.
