Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Assistant role based in Mumbai.

The Social Media

Assistant will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include drafting posts, writing captions, assisting with basic copywriting, and collaborating with the creative team on content ideas for upcoming films, music videos, and digital projects. The role involves monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages in a professional manner, and tracking engagement metrics to help optimize content performance.

The Social Media

Assistant will also assist with maintaining content calendars,



researching trends in entertainment and digital media.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, with an understanding of major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Google Workspace, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva etc.).
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including basic visual ideation, caption writing, and familiarity with short-form video and storytelling formats.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Writing skills, including clear written communication in English and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or a related field are beneficial.
- Previous experiences or internships in social media management, digital marketing, or content production within entertainment or creative industries are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, manage time effectively, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current digital culture, trending formats, and an interest in films, music, and visual storytelling is highly advantageous.
