We are seeking a Content Creator who is confident on camera and comfortable shooting engaging video content.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and creative Content Creator to join our team of Home Locator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ideating, strategizing, and creating engaging content for social media platforms and can be the face of the organization. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable being the face of the camera, scripting videos, managing social media postings, and driving measurable growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Ideation & Strategy:

- Develop and execute innovative content strategies tailored to the target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content creation.

Content Creation:

- Write engaging scripts and plan video/storyboard concepts.
- Be the on-camera personality for video content, ensuring authenticity and audience connection.
- Collaborate with design, photography, and editing teams (if applicable) to produce high-quality visuals.

Social Media Management:

- Post and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement.

Growth & Analytics:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase followers, engagement rates,



and overall brand awareness.
- Monitor social media insights, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

- Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Pitch creative ideas for campaigns and collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
- Excellent on-camera presence with strong communication skills.
- Creative scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A growth mindset with a passion for building and engaging online communities.
- Basic video editing or familiarity with editing tools is a plus.
