Role Description

Tab Infinity is looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused Social Media Account & Project Manager to join our team in Chennai.

This is a client-facing role for someone who can take ownership of social media accounts from requirement to execution. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understand their requirements, translate them into clear briefs and ensure that projects move smoothly across our internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a strong combination of client servicing, project management and social media understanding, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, approvals and deliverables simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication, requirements and updates
- Understand client objectives and translate them into explicit briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams
- Manage social media calendars, campaigns, deliverables and timelines
- Coordinate with copy, design, video, photography, digital marketing and other internal teams
- Track the status of projects internally and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Manage client feedback, revisions and approvals and communicate them clearly to the respective teams
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, production teams and other external vendors as required
- Coordinate shoots and campaign requirements where necessary
- Schedule, publish and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Ensure published content is accurate, on-brand and aligned with approved calendars




- Monitor account activity and ensure comments, messages and other interactions are handled appropriately
- Track social media performance and coordinate periodic reports and insights for clients
- Stay updated on platform developments, content formats and social media trends
- Maintain clear project documentation, trackers, calendars and status updates
- Proactively identify delays, dependencies or issues and work with the relevant teams to resolve them
- Ensure client expectations, internal capabilities and agreed scope remain aligned throughout the project

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in social media, account management, client servicing, project management or digital marketing
- Previous experience in a creative, advertising, branding or digital agency is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and social media content formats
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Ability to create clear briefs and coordinate effectively with creative and production teams
- Comfortable working with project trackers, content calendars and reporting formats
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief to delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively while keeping projects moving and timelines on track
