Role Description The Social Media and Content Executive role at CerebroSpark Innovations Pvt.ltd is an on-site position based in the Pune Division. The executive will manage the company’s social media presence, including planning, creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing web and social media content, developing content calendars, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.





The role also involves collaborating with design and technical teams to translate drone-related solutions into engaging, audience-friendly messaging and supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing for digital platforms, including blogs, website pages, and product descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics on major platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy aligned with brand, product launches, and marketing goals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with social media tools and analytics dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in drone technology, robotics, or emerging tech industries, with willingness to learn technical aspects of the products.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in the Pune Division.
