Role Description This full-time Site Supervisor / Drafting Assistant role is a hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. On-site, the role involves supervising day-to-day project activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality and safety, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. The position also includes supporting drafting work, preparing technical drawings and layout plans, updating design revisions, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

The role requires regular communication with the design team and clients, assisting with measurements, site surveys, and material planning,



and helping resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with senior engineers or designers.

Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication details, and structural layouts.
- Experience in basic drafting using CAD or similar design tools and comfort with design documentation.
- Strong site supervision skills, including coordination with multiple stakeholders and monitoring daily work progress.
- Understanding of construction or fabrication processes, safety practices, and quality control on site.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools) for project tracking.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in tensile structures, industrial sheds, or similar construction projects is an advantage.
- Ability to travel to project sites in and around Ahmedabad as required and work in a hybrid office/site environment.
