Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SOAR Engineer to join our Cyber Security Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Security Operations, automation, and orchestration of security processes. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing SOAR workflows to enhance incident response and improve overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SOAR playbooks and automation workflows

Integrate security tools, threat intelligence platforms, and SaaS applications into SOAR platforms

Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents, alerts, and vulnerabilities

Enhance SOC operations through automation and orchestration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve incident response processes

Perform threat enrichment and intelligence correlation

Develop scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting for automation tasks

Maintain and optimize integrations with cloud and container environments

Ensure continuous improvement of security processes in an Agile environment





Document workflows, procedures, and technical implementations

Required Skills & Experience

6–8+ years of experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity / Security Consulting / Managed Security Services

Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC)

Hands-on experience in SOAR platforms (implementation & management)

Strong knowledge of incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability management

Experience with scripting/programming (Python, PowerShell, Shell)

Exposure to cloud security and SaaS integrations

Experience working in Agile development environments

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with container security (e.g., Azure Kubernetes)

Experience with Cribl LogStream

Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and enrichment workflows

Knowledge of modern security architectures and automation frameworks

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
