You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of software systems.

Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- The role of Discrete Event Simulation / Plant Simulation Specialist requires to develop simulation models on Plant/production, logistic or warehouse systems processes.
- The Specialist needs to perform What-If scenario and do analysis to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and provide solutions to improve current plant performance and also validate future states/ scenarios - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design software solutions.
- Develop and configure software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle.




- Ensure the successful implementation of software systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the software development process. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Simulation Modeling.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Unreal Engine.
- Robust understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
- Experience in designing and developing software systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Simulation Modeling.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A BTech/BE in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.

Hours : 8:00am to 5:00pm
