- Expected to be an SME - The role of Discrete Event Simulation / Plant Simulation Specialist requires to develop simulation models on Plant/production, logistic or warehouse systems processes - The Specialist needs to perform What-If scenario and do analysis to reduce waste, increase efficiency,



and provide solutions to improve current plant performance and also validate future states/ scenarios - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development and configuration of software systems - Ensure the successful performance of the team - Contribute to key decisions Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Simulation Modeling - Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine, Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes - Experience in developing and configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies and applications related to software development - Proficiency in programming languages and tools used in software development Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Simulation Modeling - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A BTech/BE in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required
