- Facilitatingpreventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance as well as planned shutdown with respect toinfrastructure in colonies and guest houses as well as equipment related to security, surveillance and fire safety to ensure continuous uptime
- ImplementingSecurity protocols across units under jurisdiction

1. Cost

- Giving inputs for CAPEX and expense budgets with respect to security installations, colonies, guest houses and monitoring their implementation
- Implementingcost savingin terms ofrepair and maintenance of colony infrastructure, guest housesthrough improvement of efficienciesand cost saving measures without affective quality of service

1. Cash

- Overseeingmanagement of spares and consumables in areas under jurisdiction to optimise working capital
- Overseeing implementation of manpower plan and optimum contractual security deploymentacross the bauxite mines in Chhattisgarh to improve profitability

- Providingsecurity to all mines under jurisdiction to ensure uninterrupted operations, vehicle and manpower movement without any loss of life and property

- Making arrangements for employee eventsacross mines in Chattisgarh
- Overseeing intake and deployment of appropriatecontractual workforce, their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines and statutory norms
- Engagingwith employees and contractors forquick resolution of employee issues, contract labour issuesand harmonious employee relationsacross mines under jurisdiction
