Key Responsibilities

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams — Business, IT, QA, and external vendors — to drive successful implementation.

· Manage the migration and integration of legacy CRM systems to the current platform.

· Oversee requirements gathering, solution design reviews, UAT coordination, and production rollout.

· Ensure robust governance, risk management, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

· Partner with business stakeholders to define success metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes.

· Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates to leadership.

· Support post-implementation stabilization, issue triage, and process improvements.





· Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 8–10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in project management within IT or CRM transformation programs.

· Proven experience managing Salesforce or CRM platform implementations

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

· Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar.

· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

· PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred.
