Robust knowledge of SQL, understanding table structure

Strong understanding Salesforce fundamentals.

Strong knowledge on Test Management tools like SPIRA

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Expertise in authoring positive and negative test scenarios

Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.

Effective client communication skill

Roles and Responsibilities

Understand software requirements specifications to a detailed level Utilize innovative testing technologies to develop test design techniques Prepare test cases for UI, Functionality, Automation testing

Expertise in execution of Manual Test scripts Develop automation scripts using TOSCA





Perform manual testing of all application functionality in scope Test the application across commonly used devices and browsers

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Analyse and report defects; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality Collaborate with developers on resolution
