- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and security tool integrations (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Sentinel)
- Understanding of vulnerability management and cybersecurity processes

Job Title: ServiceNow SecOps Lead

Experience: 8–15 Years

Required Skills

- Strong experience leading ServiceNow SecOps implementations
- Expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture, CMDB, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, ATF
- Experience integrating SIEMs and vulnerability management tools
- Good understanding of NIST, MITRE ATT&CK;, CIS,



and security operations
- Experience leading technical teams, solution design, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery
- Exposure to IRM/GRC, AWS/Azure/GCP, DevSecOps is an added advantage
