Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer with expertise in UI Builder and Playbooks to lead enterprise ServiceNow application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Next Experience applications, Workspace development, workflow automation, and contemporary ServiceNow UI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ServiceNow development projects and mentor junior developers.
- Develop scalable applications using UI Builder and Next Experience Framework.
- Configure and customize Playbooks for enterprise workflows.
- Build Workspaces using UI Builder.
- Develop reusable components, client scripts, and server-side scripting.
- Configure Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
- Customize Service Portal and Employee Center.




- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Support production deployments and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong JavaScript programming.
- Experience developing:

- Experience integrating external systems using:

- MID Server

- Experience with:

- ITSM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM (good to have)

- Experience with Agile methodology and Azure DevOps/Jira.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
