You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and developing applications, and providing technical expertise to support the migration process.

- - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- - Strong understanding of IT operations management principles and best practices.
- - Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.
- - Familiarity with IT service management processes and workflows.
- - Knowledge of ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow.
- - Solid understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
- - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT or Engineering or a related field is required.
