You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing cutting-edge solutions to enhance IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and develop applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management platform.
- Create technical specifications and documentation for application design and development.
- Implement best practices and standards for application design and development.




- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
