Responsibilities

· Design and optimize solutions for Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

· Ensure CMDB aligns with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)

· Support IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) functions

· Provide technical and functional guidance

· Deliver solutions to improve operational efficiency

· Ensure clients get the most out of their ServiceNow investment

Skills and qualifications

· Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CSM

· Knowledge of IT Infrastructure domains and supporting technologies

· Robust technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

· Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
