Certified ServiceNow Architect with strong platform expertise

Hands-on experience in Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

Experience with Now Assist AI (GenAI capabilities in ServiceNow)

Strong expertise in ServiceNow Portal Architecture & UI/UX design

Experience in Process Orchestration within ServiceNow

Knowledge of SharePoint Integration and external data sources

Expertise in Dashboards, Reporting & Data Visualization

Solid understanding of Universal Ticketing Systems

Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations (REST APIs)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow portal and sub-portals

Define scalable architecture for Employee Center and AI-driven service experiences

Drive Process Orchestration using existing ServiceNow capabilities

Design intuitive, mobile-responsive UI/UX for portals

Oversee development of POC with universal ticketing and AI-based solutions

Ensure seamless integration with SharePoint and external systems

Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices implementation
