Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite as per business needs)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Portal Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and Service Portals.

- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Implement ServiceNow Portal widgets, catalog items, and dashboards for an enhanced user experience.

- Configure ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

- Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.





- Maintain documentation, best practices, and compliance with development standards.

- Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Expertise in HRSD, CSM, ITOM modules, and Portal Development.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and security.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS for portal and UI development.

- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- ServiceNow certification(s) like CSA, CAD, CIS (HRSD/CSM/ITOM) will be an advantage.
