Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the after-sales service operations for residential solar projects across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the solar industry, managing field service teams, customer complaints, preventive maintenance, and AMC operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end after-sales service operations for residential solar installations.
- Lead and coordinate field service engineers across AP & Telangana.
- Ensure timely closure of customer service requests within defined SLAs/TATs.
- Manage preventive maintenance and AMC execution.
- Monitor service ticket allocation, tracking, and closure through CRM/ticketing systems.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with Operations, Installation, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor technician productivity, service quality, and safety compliance.
- Maintain service records, reports, and MIS dashboards.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of residential rooftop solar systems.
- Experience in after-sales service and field service management.
- Hands-on experience managing AMC operations.
- Customer complaint handling and ticket management.
- Team leadership and technician coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Valuable knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and service operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/Service Management tools.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
- 5–6 years of experience in Solar EPC, Residential Rooftop Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical Service Operations.
- Experience managing multi-location field service teams is preferred.
