Job Responsibilities

- Manage overall workshop and service operations of the dealership.
- Lead technicians, service advisors and workshop support teams.
- Ensure achievement of service revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor vehicle intake, job cards, repair quality, delivery timelines and workshop efficiency.
- Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Monitor workshop manpower, tools, equipment and spare parts coordination.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Drive repeat business, customer retention and service revenue growth.
