Role Description The Service Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur, responsible for supporting and maintaining healthcare equipment and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and carrying out repairs to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves visiting customer locations, providing field service support, and responding promptly to service requests.

The Service

Engineer will document service activities, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.



Collaboration with other technical and operations staff to improve service quality and minimize equipment downtime is an integral part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for healthcare equipment and technical systems.

- Experience in field service operations, including on-site visits and customer-facing support.

- Proficiency in technical support activities, including resolving user issues and guiding proper equipment usage.

- Hands-on experience with maintenance & repair of electronic, mechanical, or biomedical devices.

- Effective communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

- Diploma or degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service requests.

- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements in healthcare environments.

- Willingness to travel locally within Raipur and nearby areas as required for service calls.
