Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Darbhanga.

The Service

Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing UPS and power backup systems at customer sites. Daily activities include performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, responding to service calls, providing technical support, and ensuring minimal downtime for customer operations.



The role involves documenting service activities, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

The Service

Engineer will interact regularly with customers to explain issues, recommend preventive measures, and uphold Numeric’s standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for power backup and UPS systems.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including in office customer visits and equipment handling.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair abilities for electrical and electronic equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear customer interaction and report writing.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of UPS systems, power electronics, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and travel within the region as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for service reporting and use of diagnostic tools; prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
