Role Description The Senior Web Developer will work full time in office at the Sangareddy location, leading the design, development, and maintenance of web applications that power TMT’s integrated solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable front-end and back-end systems, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and reliability across platforms. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and hardware teams to integrate web interfaces with devices and internal tools, as well as reviewing code,



mentoring developers, and establishing best practices.

The Senior Web

Developer will contribute to technical roadmaps, troubleshoot complex issues in production, and help refine user experiences for educational institutions, enterprise clients, and field deployments.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive UI implementation and user-centric interaction design.
- Advanced skills in Back-End Web Development, with a focus on secure APIs, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with integrating web applications with hardware or IoT devices is an advantage.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Sangareddy and engaging directly with stakeholders and internal teams.
