Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor at CONEON, located in Sector 44, Gurugram, near HUDA City Centre Metro Station.

You will be responsible for creating, editing, and producing engaging video content for CONEON’s digital and social media platforms. The role includes editing short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, service videos, brand content, and marketing creatives. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual stories, add motion graphics, transitions, text, music, sound effects, and other elements to make content engaging and aligned with CONEON’s brand identity.

The role will also involve shooting and editing content when required, adapting videos for different social media platforms, creating thumbnails and video covers, and keeping up with current social media trends and formats.

Qualifications

- Edit and produce Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
- Convert raw footage into engaging, visually appealing and platform-ready videos.
- Add transitions, text animations, motion graphics, music, sound effects, subtitles and visual effects as required.
- Create content based on current social media trends, formats and viral concepts.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative team to understand campaign requirements and deliver content accordingly.
- Assist in video shooting and content creation at CONEON locations, customer sites or other required locations.
- Create video covers,



thumbnails and other supporting visual content.
- Maintain consistency with CONEON's brand guidelines, colours, fonts and visual identity.
- Resize and adapt videos for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital channels.
- Organise and maintain video footage, project files, assets and editing libraries.
- Ensure videos are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Continuously experiment with new editing styles, storytelling techniques, trends and creative formats.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Good understanding of short-form content and Instagram Reels.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, transitions and basic visual effects.
- Good understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, music and sound design.
- Ability to work with raw footage and independently create a finished video.
- Understanding of social media content trends and platform requirements.
- Good creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Basic photography/videography skills.
- Knowledge of AI-based video and creative tools.
- Experience creating content for startups, brands, real estate, construction, home services or consumer businesses will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, trend-aware and proactive, rather than someone who only performs basic video editing. You should be able to understand an idea, suggest improvements and turn it into content that people want to watch and share.

PortfolioCandidates must share their portfolio or previous video-editing work along with their application. Reels, short-form videos, advertisements and social media content are especially preferred.
