Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end editing process, including assembling raw footage, selecting impactful shots, and crafting cohesive narratives for a wide range of video projects. Day-to-day work includes refining pacing, sound, and visual style, performing color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

Editor will collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members, provide feedback to junior editors,



and help maintain productive workflows and high production standards. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of video content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing complex, multi-stage projects.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to establish and maintain consistent visual tone and style.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Advanced knowledge of professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software).
- Proven experience in a senior or lead editing role within a production company, agency, or similar environment.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on constructive feedback and teamwork.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
