Job Title: Senior UX Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities

- Write and edit microcopy and other interface content across the organization.
- Execute the content strategy across usage, acquisition, monetization, retention, and engagement
- Embed with and serve as a close partner to Document Cloud design and product teams
- Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, lawyers, marketers, and other partners
- Bring clarity, consistency, and quality to the way we design for our users across products and surfaces
- Champion an inclusive, accessible,



user-focused perspective, while also considering business needs and priorities
- Connect the dots across multiple initiatives in Document Cloud

Required Skills & Experience

- Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills, and a sharp attention to detail
- A proven track record for tactically writing and designing toward a content strategy
- Comfortable leading UX writing efforts with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborators
- Experience working on growth projects and experimentation, and have a passion for working in a fast, iterative way
- Ability to present and sell your ideas, create coalition, and build support
- Systems thinking and the ability to practice UX writing across a sophisticated, interconnected product ecosystem
- Knowledge of inclusive, accessible content and design practices
- 3+ years of experience in UX content strategy, content design, UX writing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with document management
- Knowledge of localization and internationalization
- Experience in working in a large organization with a diverse set of offerings and customers
- Experience working on a highly visible brand or a legacy product offering
