- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must have experience on Life Insurance Projects testing
- Exposure to Digital Platform testing
- Test Planning and publishing DSR Roles and Responsibilities (Daily tasks):
- Following the phase wise flow in the test case design activity and maintaining the test assets.
- Performing Testing activities like Test Data Preparation, Test Execution methods, Defect Reporting and tracking.
- Finding Defects & tracking,& Regression testing • Co-ordinate with the development team for resolving the raised defects
- Daily status reporting to TL and Manager
- Valuable experience to work with APIs and Connect-IT
- Perform SIT & UAT with customer
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM technology with Microfocus uCMDB might be an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team with shift
