Kalpa Electrikal Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in the Transformer Industry to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales service for transformer products.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of transformers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer service requirements efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams for technical solutions.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the Transformer Industry.
- Strong knowledge of transformer testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and service assignments.
