This role is best suited for a self-driven Individual Contributor who can independently manage the recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from talent mapping and sourcing to successful closure
- Take complete ownership of multiple mandates and drive them consistently towards closure
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through diverse and creative channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and upcoming hiring needs
- Develop depth in pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles to enable faster turnaround
- Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and momentum
- Drive candidate engagement with persistence, consistency, and a robust sense of urgency
- Partner closely with hiring stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles
- Influence and guide candidates through the hiring process with clarity and professionalism
- Leverage market intelligence to advise on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies
