Skill Sets/Eligibility Criteria’s -
- Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders
- BPO International calling experience is a must
- Positive communication skills
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)
- Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and extended shifts
- US Healthcare knowledge is preferred
- A.R callers (Added Advantage)
- US Insurance Eligibility Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the above criteria preferred
- Exposure in handling w/ US & UK customers





~~ 5 days of working (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Odd-hour transportation till the nodal point will be provided by the company.

Should be comfortable in night shift
