About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with sales leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Assist customers with placing and tracking online orders.
- Process online orders accurately.
- Print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and courier partners for timely dispatch.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, returns, and replacements.
- Maintain customer records and update order status.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations as required.

Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales, or E-commerce Operations.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.:
- Valuable verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Web and online order management systems.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
