About the Internship
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Intern - LAP under the PM Internship Scheme to join our Human Resources team in Palakkad. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across key HR functions, providing an excellent platform for skilled growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Intern (LAP Sales / Loan Against Property)
- Assist the sales team in sourcing and generating leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Explain LAP product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Support customer onboarding and collect required KYC, income, and property-related documents.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into loan disbursements.
- Update and maintain customer records, lead trackers,
and MIS reports accurately.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and real estate intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Support customer service activities by addressing queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
