WE ARE HIRING - AREA SALES EXECUTIVE

Kia Ora Food & Beverages LLP is looking for an energetic, result-oriented and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Mumbai.

POSITION: Area Sales Executive
LOCATION: Mumbai
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month
INCENTIVE: Target-Based Performance Incentive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OFF-Trade customers, including liquor retailers, distributors and other licensed outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with ON-Trade customers, including hotels, restaurants, clubs, pubs and bars.
- Drive sales and actively develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Identify current customers and expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor sales and stock positions and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained with ON-Trade and OFF-Trade customers.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to maximize sales and profitability.




- Develop strong market connections and generate new business opportunities, particularly in the ON-Trade segment.
- Regularly prepare and submit sales, stock, market visit and other reports as required by management.
- Take a proactive approach in the market and make appropriate business decisions in the best interest of the company, while keeping management informed of important developments.
- Ensure that credit sales are made strictly as per the company's approved credit terms and follow up for timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Follow all company policies, procedures and management instructions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Prior experience in Liquor / Alcoholic Beverages / FMCG / Hospitality / HoReCa sales will be preferred.
- Existing relationships with liquor retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
