Job Title: Coordinator - Spare Parts & Customer Support

Qualification: HSC to Graduation; ITI (Electrical/Mechanical) preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically oriented Service Coordinator to manage spare parts requirements, customer complaints, service coordination, replacements, dispatches, and service-related documentation for domestic and export customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify spare parts required based on customer complaints and service requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, vendors, and customers for timely resolution of service requirements.
- Arrange and dispatch spare parts/materials for domestic and export customers.
- Share courier/dispatch details and tracking information with customers.
- Manage the complete replacement process, including receipt, checking, documentation, and follow-up.




- Inspect replaced/returned materials at the factory and coordinate with vendors for repair or further action.
- Prepare export documents and coordinate with the concerned teams for dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts, replacements, repairs, dispatches, and service activities.
- Handle day-to-day service coordination and administrative activities.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers, technicians, co-workers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills:
- Qualification:HSC to Graduation; ITI in Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
- Working knowledge of CRM or SAP.
- ISO knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Basic technical understanding of electrical/mechanical spare parts.
- Positive documentation and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requirements and ensure timely closure.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
