Job Description - Telecaller (Sales)

Designation: Telecaller - Sales
Department: Sales
Location: Rajatalab,Mohansarai Varanasi
Reporting To: General Manager Sales

Job Purpose

To generate sales through outbound calling, communicate with customers, promote company products, take orders over the phone, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Promote and explain company products, prices, offers, and schemes.
- Take customer orders over the phone and ensure accurate order details.
- Generate recent sales through regular customer calling and follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and repeat purchases.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to increase sales.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Dispatch Team for order processing and delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.




- Prepare and submit regular sales and calling reports to the reporting manager.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries related to products and orders professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payment, repeat orders, and pending requirements.
- Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Sales, or a similar r
