Role Description The Senior Sales Manager role at Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The person in this role will lead sales activities, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth for electronic and ESD products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting client meetings and product presentations.

Manager will oversee a sales team, set performance targets, support team members through coaching, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.



Additional duties include collaborating with operations and marketing, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales, account management, and business development within electronics, tools, or industrial products.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
- Experience leading and mentoring sales teams, setting goals, and tracking performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze market trends, create sales strategies, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Noida, with willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events as required.
- Prior experience in electronic components, ESD products, or industrial tools distribution or trading is highly beneficial.
