Remuneration: Academic Level A/B ($118K - $142K) based on experience + 17% super+ annual leave loading
Location: Kensington Campus, Recent South Wales.

Position Summary
The Associate Lecturer / Lecturer (Education Focussed) contributes to educational excellence in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology, with a particular focus on neurological rehabilitation. The role supports the development and delivery of high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences that promote student achievement, progression and positive employability outcomes.
At Level A (Associate Lecturer), the role delivers teaching, supports student learning and contributes to the development of learning activities, resources,
assessments and course administration with guidance from senior academics. At Level B (Lecturer), the role operates with greater independence, designing and developing innovative teaching approaches, managing courses as Course Authority and contributing to academic quality assurance. Across both levels, the position contributes to program accreditation activities, maintains contemporary expertise in pedagogy and exercise physiology, and actively participates in the broader School and Faculty academic community.
Some Key Skills Required
At Level A:
Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia as an exercise physiologist (highly desirable)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in exercise physiology practice, particularly neurological rehabilitation e.g. spinal cord injury
Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills
Evidence of ability to support and inspire people
