Job Description

Role Title: Global Learning & Development Specialist
Location: Pune, India

Purpose of the Role

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of learning at SKF. The role has a solid focus on learning support, learning technology, tools, and delivery coordination — helping ensure that learning solutions are organized, accessible, well-supported, and delivered with high quality across global audiences. You will work closely with colleagues across Group PX, Academies, PX Operations,



and the business to support learning platforms, learner and stakeholder requests, content publishing, scheduling, administration, reporting, and the coordination of internal and external trainers, facilitators, and vendors. This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving practical issues, and making learning operations work smoothly at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with SKF Academies to provide operational support for global learning initiatives, ensuring learning activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered in a structured and reliable way.
Support learning platforms, systems, and tools, including administration, access support, content publishing, basic troubleshooting, user guidance, and continuous improvement of the learner experience.
Coordinate the delivery of learning activities, including scheduling, enrolment, learner communication, session logistics, attendance tracking, follow-up, and evaluation.
