Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the architecture and end-to-end implementation of a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a leading Pharmaceutical organization.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, cross-functional integration, SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, Clean Core principles, and large-scale ERP transformations. Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is mandatory/preferred based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture for a Greenfield implementation.
Define and govern solution, application, integration, data, and technology architecture.
Lead solution blueprinting,



architecture workshops, Fit-to-Standard assessments, and design decisions.
Drive SAP Activate, SAP Best Practices, Clean Core, and Fit-to-Standard principles throughout the implementation.
Provide cross-functional architectural guidance across:

Define SAP integration architecture with MES, LIMS, WMS, QMS, CRM, PLM, Banking, Tax, and Data Platforms.
Provide architectural direction for SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, IDocs, OData, and event-driven integrations.
Lead data migration, master data, and data governance architecture.
Govern Fiori applications, ABAP developments, workflows, reports, interfaces, extensions, and custom developments in line with Clean Core principles.
Establish and manage Architecture Governance, Design Authority, and Architecture Review Board processes.
