What You’ll Do:
As the selected Proposal Writer, you will support U.S. State and Federal Government projects by developing high‑quality, compliant, and compelling proposal content. You will collaborate closely with SMEs, architects, developers, project managers,



and business stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into clear, professional documentation aligned with government procurement standards.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop and write technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, technical narratives, user guides, SOPs, and process documentation.
Prepare proposal sections including executive summaries, technical approaches, solution descriptions, past performance, and compliance matrices.
Gather technical and functional information from SMEs, architects, developers, and project managers.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling content tailored for government audiences.
Ensure all proposal content meets compliance requirements, formatting standards, and evaluation criteria.
Edit, proofread, and format documents with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Maintain version control, templates, and document
