Job Summary

SynergyTop Softlab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Online Bidding, and Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other lead-generation channels.
- Identify and connect with potential clients in international markets.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT service opportunities.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and lead database.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement discussions, estimations, and proposals.




- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Meet monthly lead generation, business development, and revenue targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and recent business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales, preferably in the IT Services or Software Development industry.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or other online bidding platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
- Experience handling international clients is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
