Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to own the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of modern, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid full-stack engineering expertise across Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

This role requires strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, code quality, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of new features.
Write high-quality, production-ready, scalable, secure, and testable code across backend services, frontend applications, and CI/CD pipelines.




Design solutions that balance architectural best practices with security, scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Build and enhance distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
Investigate production issues and failures, identify root causes, and drive improvements in system design and operational excellence.
Apply software reliability engineering principles throughout the development lifecycle.
Ensure development artifacts comply with applicable security and regulatory standards.
Participate actively in architecture discussions and contribute to the technology roadmap.
Use Generative AI coding tools and AI-based development workflows to understand existing codebases and accelerate software development.
Perform thorough code reviews and provide high-quality, actionable feedback.
