Location: This role will be based out of The Leela Office located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Your Work Tasks / Responsibilities

As a software engineering manager, you will lead, mentor, coach and grow a team of diverse, talented engineers who are versed in delivering world-class services in high pressure situations.
Effective collaboration skills will be required to work closely with other engineering and research teams to ensure services & systems are highly stable and performant and meet the expectations of internal and external customers.
This role requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, highly technical, constantly evolving environment.



The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated people management skills and exceptional customer focus. You will be required to provide technical leadership and nurture a learn-it-all, curious, data-driven culture in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
You are a key contributor to the next generation of public relations platform development. Work closely with Technology and Product leaders, understand new business initiatives, build solutions to complex business problems, and build next generation of platform components in .NET and Angular.
Direct supervision of an engineering team and working with colleagues across the globe.
Meet regularly with other engineering managers to drive communication, transparency, and platform deliveries across the engineering organization.
Ensure the needs for learning and development for your team members and coach your team to drive engineering best practices and excellence.
