About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Shopify Store Manager to own the day-to-day performance of our storefronts. You'll live in Shopify Admin and our analytics tools daily,
know exactly what's working and what isn't, and drive a constant stream of improvements — from funnel fixes to pricing calls to competitive moves — with the goal of making us the #1 store in our category, both in traditional search and in AI/chat-based search.
Direct, robust hands-on Shopify experience is a hard requirement — this is not a role to learn Shopify on the job.
Location: Remote – India

Compensation: Rs.50,000 / Month + Quaterly bonus

Working time zone: Day + Night (availability needed till 1-2 am at night)
What You'll Do
Run regular performance analysis of the store(s) and work directly with our IT/dev team to prioritize and ship improvements.
Conduct ongoing flow/funnel analysis to find and fix conversion drop-off points across the shopping journey.
