Key Responsibilities

1. Merchant Pipeline & Lead Generation
- Research, identify, and target high-potential merchants, manufacturers, brand owners, and distributors across priority product categories.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective seller accounts to ensure continuous supply growth on the Jebelz platform.

2. Consultative Pitching & Value Proposition Delivery
- Deliver compelling, highly customized sales presentations that demonstrate the business growth potential and direct ROI of partnering with Jebelz.
- Effectively communicate complex marketplace terms, fulfillment options, commission models, and marketing features to decision-makers.
- Manage commercial negotiations, address merchant concerns, and overcome objections to secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

3. Merchant Activation & Account Onboarding
- Serve as the primary guide for newly signed merchants during their initial activation phase, ensuring productive catalog uploading, store setup, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal onboarding, logistics,



and account management teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-first-sale.
- Conduct post-onboarding check-ins to evaluate initial merchant performance, drive platform engagement, and ensure immediate satisfaction.

4. Account Tracking & Market Intelligence
- Maintain meticulous records of merchant contacts, pipeline stages, conversion rates, and feedback within the company CRM.
- Gather market feedback regarding merchant expectations, competitor offerings, and category trends to help refine Jebelz’s value proposition and acquisition strategies.

Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven success in B2B sales, commercial acquisition, or business development—ideally within e-commerce marketplaces, retail, tech platforms, or corporate supply distribution.
