Role: Part-Time Real Estate Sales Executive
We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who can speak with builders and property dealers and explain the benefits of LeadKaro in easy language.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential real estate clients provided by the company
- Explain LeadKaro clearly over phone calls and WhatsApp
- Identify interested clients and schedule product demonstrations
- Follow up with interested clients
- Help move interested clients towards a purchase decision
- Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups
The founder will handle product demonstrations, technical questions, setup and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Good Hindi communication and sales skills
- Previous sales,
telecalling or business development experience
- Real estate sales experience will be a strong advantage
- Comfortable speaking with builders and business owners
- Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection
Pay and Working Hours:
- ₹7,000-₹8,000 per month
- 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
- 20% commission on the first payment received from every converted client
- Work from home
- Initial 30-day contractual trial
Client contacts, product information and basic sales training will be provided.
